In 1992 when our president, Tom Hawkett went searching for a supplier who could train his sales staff. What he found instead was a confusing sea of vendors and no good way to compare them, evaluate them or manage them. In response, he launched The Training Broker Inc..

The company has evolved to become Connect4Growth Corp. which is now the umbrella organization that now includes Connect4Training as a division that specifically services the training and development marketplace.

Connect4Growth was launched in recognition of the rapid growth in the outsourcing of services. With a client base of Fortune 500 companies, and a database of over 2500 vendors, the company has expanded to help all other functional areas within an organization (ie. HR, IT, marketing, procurement, sales, maintenance, etc .).

Connect4Growth's expanded service to help the corporate world realize on the promised benefits of outsourcing. The Company sees great opportunity with large, mid and small organizations both in the private and public sectors.

By recognizing the need for a system to help companies keep track of vendors, to source, select and manage - current and potential vendors, the company launched web-based application – the VRM4 ALL Series. These tools leverage off their existing deep and interactive "Buyers Guide" database technology.

VRM4 ALL is responding to a much needed service to better manage outsourced Vendors in an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment, where time is money and knowledge reduces risk.

Good Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) processes and systems assist existing vendors to provide better service to their clients by helping them to be more responsive and thus help them grow.
